Dr. Eileen Manela

I have had the pleasure of knowing Nadiya for over 20 years - we met while she was teaching at the Integral Yoga 72nd Street Center in the 1990s, on 72nd st and Broadway.  I took her class religiously and hated when I had to miss them. Nadiya has the unique blend of being a knowledgeable teacher, with warmth and passion for the yoga, meditation and healing experiences.

Over the years I have seen Nadiya explore and master the shamanic traditions, and have taken several of her healing treatments. They are educational and  powerful, encouraging me to think outside my box.

On another note, I just enjoy talking to Nadiya - she has a kind, truthful heart which is contagious to be around.
